What happens after the 3 months free?
Your subscription continues at £34.99/month. If you're one of the first 50 sign-ups, you keep £24.99/month for as long as you stay subscribed. We'll email you before your free months end. Cancel anytime, no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel in-app or by emailing [email protected]. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
What hardware do I need?
An Android phone or tablet running Android 8.0 or newer (iOS app coming soon). Optional: a thermal receipt printer (USB, Bluetooth, or network) and your chosen card terminal. We work with what you already have where possible.
How does the payment processor choice work?
You pick your payment processor. Stripe and SumUp at launch, more coming. Entrline handles the integration, you keep your full merchant relationship and your existing rates, and we never take a cut of your takings. Entrline is a flat subscription, no per-transaction fee.
Can I switch payment processors later?
Yes. Settings, payment processor, switch. Your sales history doesn't change. The next transaction routes through the new processor.
Do you support multiple branches?
Yes. One account, unlimited branches. Manage all of them from the same app, switch between them on the fly. Each branch can have its own cash registers, employees, and tables.
Does Entrline handle VAT receipts?
Yes. Receipts are VAT-ready and configurable per venue, with reporting to match.
What languages does the app support?
English at launch, with more on the way. Other languages roll out alongside each market.
Do you offer training or onboarding?
Yes. We'll help you get set up, walk you through the basics, and answer any questions as you go. Written guides and email support are included, and most owners are up and running the same day.
What if my country isn't supported yet?
